Let’s get you going. This is a free intro class. We will take you through the basic reformer exercises and get you acquainted with the equipment. This is a 30 minute slower-paced class focusing on familiarity with the exercises that make Pilates one of the best exercise programs in the world. No previous Pilates experience is necessary.

Our Level 1 Class is designed for everyone, whether you are new to the world of Pilates or even a veteran. In this class, you will focus on the proper techniques while challenging your body. We provide beginner to intermediate movement with clear instructions (cueing) and focus on proper form. We ensure you get the maximum return for your efforts.

Experience a bit faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and standing with improved body alignment! In this class, you will build upon what you have learned. The exercises become more difficult, we work with props to continue to challenge the body while we work to improve transition and fluidity. Some knowledge of Pilates is necessary, but if you are athletic, you will fit right in.

This faster class will focus on standard Pilates moves combined with special moves to get your heart pumping.

This class focuses on Pilates and strength training using the reformer and props. You will be doing heavy springs and reps to exhaust your muscles and tighten that core.

This class is open to anyone. The instructor will lead a fun, energetic class that will wind you up for the weekend while listening to grooves or melt away that week you just had. You never know what is going to happen in this class but it will be fun and you will get a great workout!

In this class, we focus on stretching along with Pilates moves. Our expert instructor knows the safe way to stretch your tight muscles, and leave you feeling refreshed and toned!
