Class Types

  • Let’s get you going. This is a free intro class. We will take you through the basic reformer exercises and get you acquainted with the equipment. This is a 30 minute slower-paced class focusing on familiarity with the exercises that make Pilates one of the best exercise programs in the world. No previous Pilates experience is necessary.

  • Our Level 1 Class is designed for everyone, whether you are new to the world of Pilates or even a veteran. In this class, you will focus on the proper techniques while challenging your body. We provide beginner to intermediate movement with clear instructions (cueing) and focus on proper form. We ensure you get the maximum return for your efforts.

  • Experience a bit faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and standing with improved body alignment! In this class, you will build upon what you have learned. The exercises become more difficult, we work with props to continue to challenge the body while we work to improve transition and fluidity.  Some knowledge of Pilates is necessary, but if you are athletic, you will fit right in.

  • Elevate your practice in this intermediate-to-advanced session.

    Designed for those who have mastered the fundamentals, this class shifts the focus toward athletic endurance and higher-level movement. We will move at a faster pace, challenging your body to maintain precision while building heat through seamless transitions.

    Take your practice to the next level with this high-energy, total-body workout.

  • This class is designed to wake up and strengthen the glutes in a way that supports your entire body. We will focus on proper activation, alignment, and control so the right muscles are doing the work. You will build strength, stability, and balance while protecting your knees, hips, and lower back.

  • This class focuses on Pilates and strength training using the reformer and props. You will be doing heavy springs and reps to exhaust your muscles and tighten that core.

  • In this class, we focus on stretching along with Pilates moves. Our expert instructor knows the safe way to stretch your tight muscles, and leave you feeling refreshed and toned!

  • Elevate your practice with our Level 2.5 advanced class.

    It will be high intensity class for those who have mastered the fundamentals of Pilates.

    We will be practicing, progressive segments that challenge you with full-body integration. We will lean into the balance, stamina, precision, strength and cardiovascular elements of Pilates, learning how to transition through segments to challenge the mind / body/ spirit....Just like Joe Pilates loved to do!

  • If you are interested in one on one Pilates sessions with one of our expert instructors, just send us an email and let us know who are you interested in having a private with and what times you have available. Privates will most likely be during the day when other classes are not going on.
