Membership Details
Monthly memberships offer a discounted rate…and they come with some rules to get those rates. They require a 3 month contract to start and after that the membership renews on a month to month basis. You can end the contract after 3 months with a 30 Day cancellation notice by calling or emailing the studio 30 days before your next payment. (If you want to end your contract at the end of your initial 3 month term, you must give 30 days notice before the end of the 3 months). Please refer to your membership agreement for full details.
Scheduling Policy
1 class per day
You may schedule one class per day for our Unlimited Memberships…however, you are welcome to come to the studio anytime to take a class if there is an open space. Our booking window closes 60 minutes before class starts so you can see if there is an open spot…first come, first served.
Class Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before the class starts. If you do not cancel before this, you will be charged a $12 late fee. No-shows are charged a $15 fee. We only have 12 reformer spots so they are very valuable.
Cancel on time using the APP. No need to email or call the studio.
Waitlists are part of Pilates.
We have 12 reformer spots that we try to fill for every class. Most of the time, you will be able to get into a class if you are on the waitlist. Be sure to have text and email notifications turned on for your account. You will receive a notification when you are added to the class. If you do not want to stay on the waitlist, you can remove yourself. If you get added to a class from the waitlist you are still subject to the 12 hour cancellation and no show rules.
IMPORTANT: No one is added from the waitlist 1 hour before a class. Any spots that become available are open for anyone to book.
Membership Freeze
You can freeze your membership only after the initial 3 month term for a $15 monthly fee. 30 day notice is required to freeze your account. The 30 day notice is waived if you freeze your account for a medical reason with a doctor’s notice. You cannot freeze during your initial 3 month contract for any reason. However, if you have a doctor notice you can receive a month credit if/when you can return to the studio.
Locked in Pricing
Your price will not go up as long as you are a member. If you cancel your membership and want to join again, you will be joining at the current rates.
Studio Environment & Safety: To ensure a safe and positive experience for all our members, Pilates Crush reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or failure to adhere to our studio policies and instructor guidance.
Thank you for your attention to these rules. They are in place to ensure there are enough open spaces for everyone and to keep our prices affordable for all.
Right to Refuse Service: PSCNYC, LLC dba Pilates Crush Studio, reserves the right to refuse service to, or terminate the membership of, any individual at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals whose conduct is deemed disruptive, harassing, or dangerous to our staff or other members; individuals who violate studio policies or safety protocols; or individuals who engage in behavior that negatively impacts the business operations or reputation of the studio. In the event of such termination, PSCNYC, LLC may, at its discretion, provide a pro-rated refund for unused services, minus any administrative fees.
